I’ve already tried coaching. Why would this be any different?

Learning how this could be true for you is the purpose of the consultation. You get to learn more about what I do and how I do it and then decide if it feels like the right fit for you and your business.

How long will it take to achieve my goals?

That depends on the goals and the amount of time and energy that you are willing to invest. I offer 3, 6 and 12 month packages. There is no minimum amount of time before you can directly experience the benefits. Tailored packages are available.

Is your work religious based?

It is not. You do not need to align with a certain set of beliefs to do this work.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes long. Tailored packages are available.

What is the cost?

Cost of individual or group sessions and available packages will be discussed during the no-cost consultation. There is no pressure or sales pitch. Ever.

What if I start and realize that coaching isn’t for me?

We can go into further detail on this in the consultation if necessary. Before any formal coaching takes place, you will receive and sign a coaching contract that explains the details of the coaching agreement, including the refund policy.

Are the meetings in person or done online?

By default, meetings are conducted on the phone or through video conferencing. It is your choice based on your comfort and what you think will be most effective. You may contact me for questions about in person meetings if you live in Central, Ohio.

Are the meetings confidential?

Absolutely. Your information will not be shared unless you provide consent to do so.

Can you give medical advice?

I am not a medical professional or a therapist. As a coach, I am not providing healthcare, medical, or nutritional therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issue.
